Royal Oak self catering cottages in the village of Mareham-le-Fen Lincolnshire. We are near the market towns of Horncastle, Louth, Boston, Spilsby and Alford, only a short drive away from the city of Lincoln and the east coast resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe.

The Royal Oak self catering cottages consist of two twin bedded en-suite chalets that sleep two and one en-suite apartment which sleeps four (one twin and two singles).
A travel cot can be provided (on request), a self help laundry service is available (on request) in the adjoining outbuilding . In the chalets all the usual tea and coffee making facilities, TV , bed linen and towels are provided, all you need is your toothbrush!
We operate a no smoking policy and no pets allowed, ample car parking space is provided. The Oakapple apartment is also equipped with full kitchen and bathroom facilities. |

| Adjacent to the Royal Oak Cottages is the Royal Oak public house "believed to have been built around 1473" where you will find a warm and friendly welcome. In the restaurant you can relax and eat the some of the finest fayre to be found in lincolnshire, unique to the Royal Oak restaurant is the opening hours ! We open for traditional meals all day Monday to Saturday from 12 noon until 8pm! The restaurant is open for a choice of traditional Sunday roasts every Sunday 12 noon until 8pm.
